Error on loading plugin

We are using AppV package of ASG 2019 patch 4 and found "error on loading plugin" (Find attached screenshots) issue for  users i.e. 8 dll plugin-dll are failed to load.

Action taken:
* uninstalled ASG completely and tried with old and latest versions of ASG and found same issues
* Provided new machine to the user and there also faced same issue.
* This issue occurs for 5+ users and need to find root cause for this.
