Data Optimizer purging External Apps from Connections

Version 9.0.5312.1

The Data Optimizer is removing the unique External App definitions from Connection objects.

I re-ran the Data Optimizer until there were no items found. 

Then, I created a Connection, Protocol=Ext.App. and added the Ext. Application Role to it.  I added an existing Ext. App.  The role & Ext. Application were not inherited. 

There is no External App role on the parent Connection Folder.

RD indicated that an Inherited value from the top level Connections folder with Ext. App.=NONE.  But, the Ext. App. role is disabled at that level.

I re-ran the Data Optimizer again.  The "Check for object that user the same properties on parent and childe object..." page returned "Found 1 standard properties that are equal to parent properties.  Click 'Fix' to remove child properties and set Usage in 'Inherit'"

I clicked 'Fix'

Re-Opening the new Connection, shows 'Inherited' from the top level Connections folder and Ext. App=NONE.  The Default Values were removed.

Edit: It does not affect all External Apps. I have 100+ Connections with one External App. It only affected half of the Connections.
