Database server crashed

We were able to recover the database but now, ASG remote desktop cannot reconnect to the database anymore.  The hostname is the same name and the database looks normal. 
 
When I go to the environment manager, edit and test connection to the sql server it works fine. I've also tried to create a new environment but i always end up getting offline data available.  Connection to the database could not be established but there is an offline data file available.
