ASG-RD 2017 Personal Values Permission

Hello,

I am trying to give our users the ability to set "personal values" under credentials->general for various folders and/or connections but the personal values option is grayed out and they are unable to edit it. I have enabled "Edit (Personal Data)" permissions at the root of our environment (which propagates to all folders) yet they are still unable to set personal values for default credentials. They can set personal values for some of the other properties.

Is there some permission I am missing here?
