NLA error in Windows 10 Creators RTM

I was just upgraded to the latest version of windows 10 via windows update.  Since that update, ASG 2015 Patch 11 I am getting the following error on all connections over RDP.


WARNING: The remote computer 'COMPUTERNAME' requires Network Level Authentication, which your computer does not support.

Using MSTSC.exe the connections are connecting just fine.  It's a problem with ASG2015.

Please advise.
