Layouts didn`t work steady

Hello,

i captured a layout also with connection windows.
The first 1 or 2 times i choose the layout, it works correct, but then the connection windows didn`t appear. For example the width of the navigation window will change though.

Or when i switch two layouts, it`s the same behaviour.
